In my beginning is my end.
-T.S. Eliot

Amidst life unfolding in cycles of beginnings and endings, we strive to create space for meaning-making reflection, connection, and understanding. Often, our most meaningful growth emerges from moments marked by fear, anxiety, grief, trauma, rupture, loss, and change.

At Mind & Meaning Therapy, we believe that adversity can become a catalyst for transformation. Through a therapeutic relationship grounded in active clinical curiosity, exploration, and authentic connection, we help cultivate resilience, discover meaning in experiences, and move toward a life that feels more aligned with being and who you truly are.

With deep respect for your self-determination, we do not seek to tell you who to be—we seek to help you discover who you are.Therapy offers a space to confront life's challenges, be transformed by them, learn to confront them and allow yourself to connect with all parts of yourself.

We are more than a rigid collection of stories, roles, actions, and past experiences.Together, we explore how you have come to understand yourself, how you relate to the world around you, or how you’ve learned to perceive yourself within your world. Through this process, we cultivate greater self-awareness, self-acceptance, beyond a diagnosis or reducing a set of symptoms.

When we begin to understand ourselves more fully—not only who we have been, but who we are—we can move through life with greater freedom, connection, and intention. In learning to live within ourselves, we learn to truly be.
